Bangkok Bistro is your local Skagit Valley mom & pop restaurant delivering the finest flavors of Thai food for over 20 years. Founded in the late 1990s by Ekachai and Uncharlee Tharngtrakul, they started out by selling Thai food at art and street festivals on weekends throughout Washington State while working at their full-time jobs caring for their children.

They decided to relocate to Skagit Valley in the early 2000s to open the first Thai restaurant in Anacortes. After a few years, they relocated to Burlington to introduce Thai food to a wider audience. Their mission is to keep delivering true authentic taste of Thailand with the finest ingredients using fresh herbs and spices.

Every winter, they travel to Thailand bringing back fresh curry paste. The restaurant is well known for many dishes such as Phad Thai, Tom Kha, and the different coconut curries.
